Pype Hayes stands proud

March 12, 2017 12:14 PM

Ann_newLocal Lib Dem campaigner Ann Holtom has been letting Pype Hayes residents know through her latest newsletter what the restructuring of ward boundaries means for them. Voters in Pype Hayes will elect one councillor to reperesent them on Birmingham City Council. The new ward will be smaller in size enabling the elected councillor to be very "hands on" and available to local residents. The first election for the new ward will be held in May 2018 with the elected councillor serving a four year term.

AnnHoltom will lead the Lib Dem team in Pype Hayes and Birches Green. As a long standing local resident herself she knows the needs and aspirations of the area intimately. Ann is also a former councillor representing Tyburn from 2002-2010 and has a proud record of successful campaining on local issues.

Ann and the Lib Dem team will as ever be available to meet the needs of the community in the Pype Hayes area.

Ann has included a map of the new ward on her latest newsletter but you can download a copy from the council's website at this link: https://www.birmingham.gov.uk/downloads/file/4994/pype_hayes_ward
