Liberal Democrat councillor for Tyburn Ward, Ann Holtom, together with all the Liberal Democrat candidates in the forthcoming local elections on 1 May across the Sutton Coldfield and Erdington wards of Birmingham City Council, wish all local residents a very happy 23 April - England's own national day.
