Low increase in Council Tax in Birmingham -thanks to Lib Dems

HousesGood management of resources by the Liberal Democrats means that once again Birmingham has one of the lowest Council Tax rises in the United Kingdom.

Lib Dem run City of Birmingham have just announced that this year's Council Tax rise has once again been set at just 1.9%, confirming it as one of the lowest increases anywhere in the UK.

"This has been achieved by good management of resources" a spokesman said, "and not by cutting services".
